Quoted per tripLansing, Grand Rapids, Traverse City - our screens have made the run to the auto industry's briefing seminars up north, so distance doesn't scare us. Out-of-state shows are quoted per event; see CES & Las Vegas.
Trade-show venues have their own rhythms - dock windows, exclusive power vendors, labor rules. We schedule around them and set your screens at least an hour before doors. When a delivery fee does apply, it shows up as its own line on the invoice - and Michigan doesn't tax delivery billed that way, so you keep the 6% on that part.
