Monitor & display rentals - Metro Detroit
Delivered, mounted, and glowing before doors open.
White Wolf AV rents 4K displays and touchscreens to teams exhibiting across Metro Detroit. The rate on the site is the rate on the invoice - cables, remote, setup, and delivery within 30 miles included on orders $250 and up. The crew that quotes your order is the crew that sets your screens.
The rate card
Every rental company in this market says 'call for pricing.' Here's ours.
Per 24 hours. A full show (2-5 days) runs twice the day rate. Prices include HDMI, power, remote, a tabletop stand, setup, and delivery within 30 miles on orders $250+. Floor stands run $85-135. Michigan use tax itemized on invoices.

Who shows up
Built in Detroit's automotive event circuit
White Wolf AV is CRN Ventures LLC on the paperwork and a Detroit crew that treats your booth like its own. We started supplying screens to the connected-vehicle circuit around Metro Detroit - alliance meetings, supplier summits, a CES run in Vegas - and built the fleet from there.
The team that quotes your order is the team that backs the trailer in and levels the stands.

Questions we actually get
Something we missed? Call or text 248-209-9772.
What's included in the price?
The screen, a tabletop stand, HDMI and power cabling, a remote, setup, testing, and pickup - with delivery included within 30 miles on orders of $250 or more (a flat $59 below that). Floor stands run $85-135. The rate on the site is the rate on the invoice, plus Michigan's 6% use tax as its own line.
Can you deliver the night before the show?
Usually, yes - and for trade shows we prefer it. Tell us your move-in window and booth number and we'll work around the dock schedule.
What happens if a screen fails mid-show?
You text the same number that delivered it. On multi-unit orders we carry spares on the truck, and a swap beats an apology.
Can we play our own content?
Yes - HDMI input and USB loop playback are standard. Send files ahead of time and we'll have them running before you arrive.
Do you handle convention center rules and drayage?
We know the drill - dock schedules, labor rules, power ordering through the venue's exclusive vendors. Many convention centers let booths of 400 square feet or less be set by your own staff, and we structure delivery to fit. Ask us about your specific venue.
Do you travel outside Michigan?
For the right show, yes - our screens have worked CES booths in Las Vegas. CES and Vegas pricing runs per event rather than per day; see the CES page or ask.
Doors open at 9. Your screens went live at 8.
Send the show name and screen sizes. The quote lands within one business day - usually much faster - from the team that will set them.
