Refund policy

Rentals may be cancelled by phone, text, or email:
14 or more days before delivery: full refund.
7-13 days before delivery: 50% of the rental subtotal refunded.
Fewer than 7 days before delivery: no refund.
One free reschedule to another date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Event cancelled or venue closed for reasons beyond everyone's control: amounts paid convert to a credit toward a rebooking within 12 months.
If a piece of equipment fails during your rental and we can't repair or replace it on site, we refund the affected item pro-rata. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
