Shipping policy

We deliver, set up, test, and pick up - equipment is not shipped by carrier.
Within 30 miles of Metro Detroit: delivery and setup included on orders of $250 or more; a flat $59 applies below that.
30-60 miles: flat $99.
Beyond (Lower Peninsula, out-of-state shows): quoted per trip and separately itemized.
We schedule around venue dock windows and labor rules, and set equipment at least an hour before your doors open. A phone number is required at checkout so we can coordinate delivery windows. Pickup is scheduled for the end of the rental period; equipment not released at pickup accrues holdover charges per the Rental Terms.
