Privacy policy

White Wolf AV is a d/b/a of CRN Ventures LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect and why.

What we collect. When you request a quote, place an order, or sign up for emails, we collect what you give us: name, company, email, phone, delivery address, event details, and payment information. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes orders and payments on our behalf; see Shopify's privacy policy for how they handle data as a processor. We use basic analytics to understand site traffic.
What we do with it. We use your information to answer quotes, fulfill rentals, send invoices, and - if you opted in - send occasional emails about rates and event dates. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (Shopify, payment processors, email provider) and when the law requires.
Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, honored promptly. Transactional emails (quotes, invoices, delivery coordination) are sent as part of fulfilling your order.

Retention and access. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email quotes@whitewolfav.com.
