1. Parties and agreement

These terms govern every rental of equipment from CRN Ventures LLC d/b/a White Wolf AV, a Michigan limited liability company. Placing an order online, signing a quote, or accepting delivery of equipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Rental period

Rates are per 24-hour period from delivery (or customer pickup) unless the order states a "Full Show" rate, which covers 2-5 consecutive event days. Equipment not released for pickup at the scheduled end of the rental accrues a holdover charge of one day rate per additional day or partial day.

3. What's included

Unless stated otherwise on the invoice: the display, a tabletop stand (floor stands are separately ordered and billed), HDMI and power cabling, a remote, USB loop playback, delivery within 30 miles of our Metro Detroit base on qualifying orders ($250+; a flat delivery line applies below), setup, testing, and pickup.

4. Delivery, setup, and venue rules

We schedule delivery around venue dock windows and labor rules. Where a venue's regulations restrict who may perform installation labor, our delivery and setup services are structured to comply with those regulations, and the customer is responsible for accurately describing the venue and booth. Delivery charges outside the included radius are separately itemized.

5. Risk of loss and damage

The customer is responsible for the equipment from delivery acceptance (or pickup) until we retrieve it. The customer is liable for loss, theft, or damage during that period, up to the lesser of the repair cost or the replacement value below, plus reasonable loss-of-use during repair or replacement.

32" QHD monitor: $400
50/55" 4K TV: $600
65" 4K TV: $900
75" 4K TV: $1,400
65" 4K touchscreen: $3,500
Floor stands: $250 each

6. Damage waiver (optional)

Where purchased (10% of the rental subtotal), the damage waiver relieves the customer of liability for accidental damage to the equipment during normal use. The waiver does not cover loss, theft, disappearance, gross negligence, intentional damage, or use contrary to these terms.

7. Payment

Payment is due per the invoice. Card and bank transfer are accepted; net terms and purchase-order references are available for approved corporate accounts. Michigan use tax (6%) is collected on rental receipts and separately itemized. Separately itemized delivery and installation charges are not subject to Michigan sales/use tax.

8. Cancellation

14 or more days before delivery: full refund.
7-13 days before delivery: 50% of the rental subtotal.
Fewer than 7 days before delivery: no refund.

Rescheduling to another date within 12 months, subject to availability, is free once.

9. Event cancellation (force majeure)

If the event is cancelled or the venue closes for reasons beyond both parties' control, amounts paid convert to a credit toward a rebooking within 12 months. Out-of-pocket costs already incurred (freight, venue fees) are non-refundable.

10. Customer content

The customer is responsible for the content displayed on rented equipment and warrants it has the rights to display it.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability arising out of any rental is capped at the total rental fees paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or claims arising from event outcomes. Equipment failures will be remedied by repair, replacement from spares, or a pro-rated refund at our option.

12. Indemnification

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless CRN Ventures LLC d/b/a White Wolf AV from claims arising out of the customer's use of the equipment, other than claims caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Michigan law. Venue for disputes is Oakland County, Michigan. Electronic acceptance (including a checked box at checkout) is valid under the Michigan Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act.
