What's included
A tabletop stand, HDMI and power cabling, a remote, USB loop playback, setup, testing, and pickup after the event. Floor stands are available for $85-135. Delivery within 30 miles is included on orders of $250 or more.
Delivery & setup
Free within 30 miles of Metro Detroit on orders of $250 or more; a flat $59 line covers smaller runs, and 30-60 miles is a flat $99. Farther out - Lansing, Grand Rapids, Traverse City - gets an itemized delivery quote. We set at least an hour before doors and work around venue dock schedules.
Damage & responsibility
You're responsible for the equipment from delivery acceptance until pickup. An optional damage waiver (10% of the rental) covers accidental damage - it doesn't cover disappearance. Full details and per-unit replacement values are in the Rental Terms.
